Global 3D Print Control uses the information submitted through this website to review manufacturing inquiries and communicate about potential projects. This notice describes the website’s quote-request process.

What we collect

The form collects your name, company, business email, country, project description, material preference, quantity and, if provided, a preferred delivery date, shipping destination and design file. Please provide only information needed for your inquiry; a full street address is not required at this stage.

How we use it

We use these details to assess your requirements, prepare a quotation, respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting correspondence. Your request is delivered through an email service to the business’s designated inquiry mailbox. Website hosting and email services process the data needed to perform those functions. Your contact details and uploaded designs are not published on this website or used in its gallery.

Files and security

Smaller files may be attached to the inquiry email. Larger files are encrypted in private storage and made available through a protected, time-limited download link provided only in the inquiry email. Anyone with that link can access the file until it expires, so it should not be forwarded unnecessarily. Files held by the website upload service are automatically deleted after seven days. Email attachments and downloaded copies are separate from website storage.

Retention

Technical request references are retained for up to 30 days to prevent duplicate submissions and investigate delivery issues. Rate-limit records expire after 24 hours. The application logs technical event codes and request references, rather than form contents or file contents. Web server logs may contain connection metadata and are rotated under the hosting configuration. Email correspondence may be kept while the inquiry or resulting project is active and where needed for business records or applicable obligations.

Your choices

Submitting the form requires your consent to processing the details and files to assess and respond to your inquiry. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future processing, by submitting the form with “Privacy request” in the project description. No CAD file is required. Include your previous request reference if available. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses a necessary security cookie to protect form submission and browser session storage to prevent duplicate requests. These are not used for advertising. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are included.

International inquiries

When you submit a request from another country, information may be processed where the hosting or email services operate. Do not upload information subject to special handling restrictions without first discussing your requirements through an initial inquiry.
