07 / USEFUL TO KNOW
Common questions about your design, your quote and what happens next.
Have a project-specific question?Share your CAD file or drawing, intended use, quantity, preferred material, important dimensions or tolerances, and shipping destination. If you are still developing the design, explain what you want to evaluate.
The form accepts STL, STEP, STP, OBJ, 3MF and PDF. The current limit is shown next to the upload field. You can submit an initial inquiry without a file and discuss additional drawings during review.
Material and manufacturing options are confirmed after reviewing your project requirements. We consider geometry, intended use, mechanical requirements and finish. Listed processes and polymers are options for review, not a promise of availability.
Yes. Send the quantity you need, whether it is an individual prototype, a pilot batch or a limited production run. Suitability and commercial terms are assessed for each request.
We welcome inquiries from businesses worldwide. Shipping feasibility, destination restrictions, charges and delivery arrangements are checked for each order before confirmation.
Timing depends on the design, material, quantity, technical review and shipping destination. Include your preferred delivery date; feasibility and the agreed schedule are confirmed with your quotation.
Uploaded files are used to assess your request. They are not published in the gallery. Files retained by the upload service are encrypted, have time-limited access and are automatically deleted after seven days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
These requests require a separate technical and compliance assessment. Submission of a request does not confirm suitability for medical, aerospace, structural, safety-critical or other regulated use.
